So take the time to recognize the frontline personnel for all they do for you and your company. One of my former positions was that of a receptionist and it's not easy by any form of the word. But one of my most gratifying parts of the job was when I got to eventually meet in person people with whom I had dealt with either by phone or by mail. I often corresponded with people who where coming to our company for retreats or meetings and it was really nice to finally meet them.
