Is The Customer Always Right?

We've all heard the expression, "the customer is always right." Well, that is not true, and everyone knows it. But, if you want to keep that customer, you had better agree with them—at least in the beginning.

Many times a customer will become difficult out of frustration. This typically happens when the customer cannot seem to get his or her idea or point across. If you handle the customer properly, by gently guiding that person in the right direction, you'll turn an angry customer into a happy, return customer.
