Jump to it! Use the Document Map in Word 2008

If you need to find a particular section in one of your Word 2008 documents you can use this very useful navigation tool.

  1. Open your document.
  2. On the main ribbon select View.
  3. Select Document Map.
On the left, you'll see a list of your main and sub-headings. Just click on one to instantly jump to that location in your document.
